Very unimpressed with the service I recieved on Waitangi day this week. Waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Our drinks arrived fifteen minutes apart and we had to ask them to take our order after waiting for twenty minutes. When chasing up our food order the waitress (who clearly had no idea about our order) ran around trying to find our food came back told us it would be ready in ten minutes. No refund, discount or explanation offered. I will not be going back

They make the BEST iced coffee I have ever experienced. Awesome staff, very friendly, and I love the "kids free" seating zone. The great coffee keeps me coming back!

Triniti serves perhaps the best coffee in Auckland. Comprehensive selection of food. I enjoyed the berry french toast. Friendly and helpful staff. The waiter behind the counter gave my daughter free marshmallows (a rare treat these days). I don't come to this cafe as often as I used to simply because we have shifted to Pakuranga but when we do pop in it is a truely nice place to come to in every sense of the word. Oh yeah they seemed to have rented some parking spaces in the video shop next door to fix the parking woes. Great stuff

The food was good but the service very casual. We had ordered brunch but by the time it arrived it was time for lunch. Maybe as we were sitting outside it was a case of out-of-sight-out-of-mind.

There are always alot of people here and once you taste the food you know why! I used to stop by this cafe on the way home from Unitec with friends and on the way home from the playground while looking after the neighbours kids and was always greeted by helpful and friendly staff. It is a kid friendly cafe (the staff were always great with the kids) and a nice place to take a break. The chocolate brownie with cream and chocolate sauce is unresistable!

This is probably Mt Albert's busiest neighbourhood cafes, akin to Circus Circus in Mt Eden but smaller. I've never seen a cafe with an Adults only section - it's not XXX or anything, just a place where adults can talk without interruptions from screaming kids - a nice touch actually. Of course children are welcome, but outside of this zone. The food is good, service is as expected, a nice casual environment overall.

A great place for brunch, with a sunny outdoors area. Great menu with organic bacon/eggs etc and selection of yummy slices and most importantly great coffee.

This is a great place for breakfast. Food is good for everyone with plenty of (tasty) organic eggs/meat etc. Seemed to be plenty of vegetarian options although I'm not a Vego.
