Half a star is a generous rating... The staff were wonderful and all too keen to get me signed up but once I had signed the contract they were nothing but rude. The services I believed were going to be provided were not and the classes ( which I was particularly interested in) were run by unqualified and unfit instructors, when they ran at all! I would not recommend this gym at all. Getting out of their never ending contracts is a whole other issue on its own!
