Nurse Planner-Advocate works for both individuals and employers. The service is one focused on return to work or return to independence. The NPA also advocates for and supports the individual to navigate the complex health system.

Available to act as the health and safety "return to work coordinator" for employers in cases of sickness and accident.

THe NPA takes a comprehensive history, clarifies the sickness or injury diagnosis and the illness or injury needs and works with the parties to develop a plan that addresses health needs and return to work or return to independence needs.
