Our self-contained bed and breakfast is on its own level of a grand 1930s villa overlooking Oriental Bay and Wellington Harbour. Walk to town and enjoy the restaurants and museums, or stay home and watch the cruise ships and yachts go by, while enjoying the large deck and outdoor facilities.

Luxury amenities include your own private glass-tiled bathroom with rain shower and a standalone tub, king bed with crisp linens, a large harbour-facing deck with outdoor kitchen and radiant heating, and wireless broadband

The guest house is supremely comfortable and carefully designed to make optimum use of space. The simple kitchenette contains amenities such as full coffee and tea service, crystal stemware, cutlery and crockery, a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave. The bedroom and lounge contains a top quality bed, a desk, table and chairs, and a widescreen LCD television with cable service. The large bay windows provide views (from the bed!) of the harbour and the shipping activity in and out of the port.

For your comfort, we have equipped the guest house with a heat pump that provides air conditioning year round, ensuring good air quality and comfort. In addition, the bed has dual control electric under-blankets so that you can tuck into a toasty bed.

A quality breakfast hamper is delivered to you each day; we can tailor the breakfast to your own preferences.

Our "commute" to town is world class--walk able via Oriental Bay. Should you choose not to walk, the bus route to and from town (and the airport) is right out the door, and taxis are readily available.
