This auto outfit took over 45mins just to give my car a warrent and then failed it for 'worn' windsreen wipers and because the headlights needed and I quote a "polish" to pass. For this I was charged an extra $60 on top of the $35 I was originally paying for my WOF totaling $95!!! This is an outrage and a major rip off I would NEVER go to them again. 0 out of 5 stars.

If your vehicle was not "booked in" waiting time could be even longer, after the warrant of fitness check finished if failed everybody gets report detail explanation about what is required to repair and advised for the cost of the parts or repair,it is your decision to tell us to do the job or not,or you can take some where else it is your call. Usually warrant takes up to 30 minutes and you wait extra 15 min. longer to do the wipers and the headlights. Next time you talk on spot that is more appropriate then this like gossip
