LifeStyle Architectural Services Limited was established in October 2002 with two Directors, Dayle Beuth & Bert de Graaf combining their industry experience and design skills to create a reputable architectural design practise.

The Directors of LifeStyle Architectural Services have over 20 years experience between them. This experience ranges from working in major housing companies and architectural offices, in residential, educational and commercial sectors.

Both Directors are Professional members of Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ) and attend regular professional development seminars to remain ahead of industry standards.

LifeStyle Architectural Services have completed projects throughout New Zealand, from Kaitaia to Invercargill. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality designs and architectural plans.

Our core business is focused on working closely with reputable building companies to provide a seamless service for their customers. The targeted growth for our business has been in the Early Childhood Education sector and the Residential sector of the market. Both sectors have had steady growth over the past years.

We offer a full design service through to completion of building consent plans and council lodgment. We also organize other consultants where required to make the project easier.
