We had an urgent electrical fault in our house that needed attention ASAP. Hale Electrical was there the same day and isolated the problem to a faulty iPhone charger beside our bed. Could of been a very serious incident. Thanks Jono, really appreciate the service!

Sounded helpful on the phone but never phoned back to make the appointment to visit for the repair. Gave up waiting after a month and contacted another repairer who did the job next day. Wouldn't have minded a call to advise of a delay if too busy with other jobs but to hear nothing at all seems a bit unprofessional or disorganised.
