Bad Dry cleaning especially if you got an expensive dress or garment with luxury label, please stay away from this place!!!! Normally I'm not that kind of person to write a review.... But this made me so angry so I have to... Bought a brand new dress from a famous UK designer cost around $400 NZD brought it to dry clean no problem with the body on garment BUT they did that list and number thing use staple and staple the number paper on my satin label! When I went to pick up first time I didn't mind but ask them to fixed another side of the label tag because they made the stitched came off all the way (so just left side on) I was asked them tho fixed by sew it back for me, ended up I came to pick it up second time they sew it back all the thread so messy at the back of the dress and not on a proper position! (Normally they will use hand stitch that hidden away to be seen at the back of garment for boutique clothes) omg I couldn't believed this and they still use staple on the tag still / I have to be careful try to take off the staple ended up leaved 2 obvious holes on my tag label, I just couldn't get it why they name the store "careful" it should be "Awful" Don't bother everyone, last warning!
