City Line Infrared provided us with brilliant service, they were on time, well priced, very knowledgeable and gave us very good advice while taking the time to explain it to us in simple terms that we could understand which helped us make a decision with the property! The thermal imaging is very cool and paints a very clear picture about the moisture situation in the house!

Nick has helped us twice already. He is very thorough, efficient, reliable and accommodating. On the first instance, he found and highlighted a hidden issue with the house and saved us the hassles, headaches and costs that would have been. In both occasions, he spent time to explain in simple terms the findings, risks and potential rectification costs. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work, Nick!

Nick was excellent, he traveled to Waiheke Island to inspect a property for me. His report was thorough and with me the same day. Very highly recommended to anyone looking at purchasing a property.

The service was excelent, Nick was prompt to return the call make the bookings trun up in time and bang a report in less than 10 hours? The information in the report was eye opening and it saved me my hard earned money. It is better for spend $1000 rather then loosing 100's of thousands.

Infrared Moisture Detection provided very prompt and clear communication at all stages. The inspection was thorough and the report gave comprehensive results along with suggestions for remediation. Information on a range of related topics was generously supplied. I have a better understanding of this kind of structure as well as how to maintain it now.

Nick was excellent value for money. He turned up on time, did a thorough job and produced an excellent report on the same day. What we valued most was his feed back, comments and knowledge of the issues around solid plaster. If more people used CityLine IR instead of listening to all the scare stories then they could be assured whether or not what they were looking at was a solid well built house.

I contacted CityLineIR to provide indepth moisture reporting on a large development. The inspector was professional towards those impacted by the inspections and the reports were comprehensive and easy to understand. I can unreservedly recommend CityLineIR.

I am so glad I got hold of Nick at City line Ir, I was looking at a property that I really liked and his report showed me that there was an issue with upstairs veranda, after all the press I have seen to do with leaky homes, why would you ever risk it. thanks Nick you did a top job

I contacted Nick and he has been so helpful, trying his best to see the property as soon as possible. He rang me the same day of the inspection to give me his first impression. I had the report in the evening and it was much more than what I expected. The report is very clear and gives a lot of information about the property. I would strongly recommend Nick to anybody looking for someone competent for a house inspection.
