Using on-line banking systems we check rents received daily and act immediately if a rent payment is missed and we carry out rental inspections every twelve weeks.

We review rents of our property management portfolio every six months and increase the rent where appropriate to maximise your return as an investor.

Peter Ware has been involved in Property Management for 24 years and knows the industry inside out. Qualified in property management since 1987 and all other aspects of the business as an associate of the Real Estate Institute.
