16th February 2008 I have to admit that I was a bit dubious at the thought, but at Harvest Hawke's Bay up at the Mission, I gave it a go. They were not quite what I expected but then again I am not too sure exactly what I expected. I would now be keen to try them again. I would just like to pass on my congratulations to the Silver Trail Team. What an awesome job you are doing. You are truely cementing your place in the culinary world

9th February 2008 I tried the Silver Trail Snails when visiting Hawkes Bay recently. They were great and nothing at all what I expected (don't really know what I expected) I would definitely eat them again.
