I initially sent my son to see Career Action, as a school leaver, three years ago. We found them great and he is thriving in his choses career. My second son has also just been through the process with them and is looking forward to finishing school and moving on to University next year in his chosen field. I have now found that I need their services to pursue a new career and have found the service and advise invaluable. I would recommend to anyone, at any stage in their life, to use the services of Career Action..

Maria was so professional and helpful to me. I have been working for years in areas I haven't been happy in and she opened my eyes to really see what is important. I have taken the leap and moved into an area that really fits me and I am flourishing, im happy and oppourtunities are coming my way.

As a parent I was very pleased with the expert help given to my son. I would recommend this service to any parent whose child doesn’t know what career to choose. My son definately seemed clearer and more confident about his career after the session.

Career Action gave me the confidence to apply for a position I thought was out of my league. Through discussion with Maria, she helped me use my experience and strengths to tailor my CV to suit the position. She helped me prepare for the interview and to negotiate a great package. Now I'm a senior manager and loving it!
