16th March 2015 We visited the shop on 15 March 2015. I had our Shih Tzu on a leash, and was asked to leave the shop. I said I would, but wanted to know why, as little dogs are normally welcome in most stores. I was told that I would not be allowed to take my dog into Countdown to which I replied that Countdown sells food, and would lose their licence. I was then told: "In this shop, we DO NOT like dogs". I left, but will not go there again. Bad customer experience. And having a domestic disagreement in front of customers with your husband regarding the kids is also not very professional conduct.
