20th January 2016 Found this company very difficult to deal with. We were on a tight schedule to get our valuations done which they knew about. After no contact from them for several days, we decided to give them a call to which we realised they had got our email address wrong. Once that was sorted we received the invoice and asked what payment method would be the most instantaneous, to which they said a transaction from the same bank they were with as it would clear immediately, so that is what we did. After processing payment Darroch informed us they could not send us the valuation until the next day as that was the only time they could check their accounts, keeping in mind the tight schedule we were under. Therefore we had to get in contact with our bank in order to obtain a letter stating we had indeed made the payment then forward this on to Darroch where they could then send through the valuation. Overall, a very stressful and trying experience.
