Our company, Flying Panda, is in the business of hiring out inflatable bouncy castles. Our castles are designed for children up to the age of 10, and provide you with a safe, enjoyable and unique form of onsite entertainment. Perfect for entertaining the children, for birthdays, Christmas parties, or any other occassion.
15th December 2008 I booked a castle with them 4 days short of a month, in advance, recieved an invoice from them with the correct date and time. The week prior I left plenty of messages and had no joy with any contact. On the day they didn't turn up at the agreed upon time. When I phoned them after they were 1/2 hr late, they didn't have record of our booking for that date and then they didn't have a suitable castle for us.
Loads of unhappy children!
