24th November 2010 We've been here for lunch twice in the past 6 months and would have to say it's our favourite. The food is exceptional and the prices very reasonable. They cater for people with children as we have taken our 1 year old both times.
Staff are very friendly and personable. They always made sure we were happy.
Couldn't speak highly enough about this place.
We will definitely be back again.
5th February 2017 I thought i would treat my daughter out for coffee and cake as we don't see much of each other.
I ordered us both a ice coffee and carrot cake, both slices of cake were two different sizes, but thought no big deal. As a joke my daughter said which one do you want the big piece or small. Total cost $25 dollars. Our ice coffee was $8 each which i thought was expensive but the lady said it was worth it and yummy. While we were enjoying our cake our ice coffee arrive. It didn't look like the usual ice coffees i have so i took a sip to my disappointment it taste like ice water and strong coffee. My daughter took a sip of hers and said no mum this is horrible its not ice coffee we need to take it back. We only had one sip each and could not drink any more. I took my coffee up to the counter whom i believe to be the manager/owner and queried the coffee. I told her that i was not happy with this and it only had ice and coffee in it hardly any milk no cream etc. I asked for either a replacement or a refund. She immediately became very aggro and started yelling no refund no nothing you drink it or go away. Trying to reason with her she was having no bar of it. My daughter also brought her coffee up and put it on the counter. The lady went away and refused to talk to us for a min or two then came back out with her husband they both started yelling get out of our shop, get out. I told her this cost me $8 dollars each she replied your a very mental lady it only cost you $7.50 get out of my shop. They both then came to the front of the counter screaming in front of customers get out get out waving their arms in the air pointing to the door. My daughter became very up set and started yelling back. While we were sitting in my car in shock they both came out looking for us and wrote my car number plate down. I also run a business and you never treat customers or people like this.
