Hi, We dropped our hire car back at Auckland Airport car park yesterday morning ( 13th 1 08 ) and gave keys and parking docket to the visitors info desk. The Focus was in good condition. We have had a good service from your company, and Merissa who dealt with us was efficent and friendly, so thank you. We will use your company from now on and recommend you to our friends. Car broke down 10ks from Aukcland Airport, they sent some one to pick us up. They took around 1 hr to arrive with replacment car. Missed our flight.

Was to get picked up form our hotel in Auckland to take us to the depot to get the car, was 20 mins late from arranged time, then when at the depot was shown the car we were to have (was the same one we were driven there by ) but didn't know it at the time. The car was in poor condition with scrapes and chips in many places, when the girl was marking damaged spots on paper prior to taking thee was barley a spot where it was not marked...as not happy at $88NZ a day it was not cheap and l expected better . There was also no suspension in the car as it was clearly in need of repair as you felt every small bump you went over. We did include the insurance , needless to say the car made it through our journey but as l said , for the price l expected a better condition car

Very disappointed. Website says there's a possibility of leaving car at motel but after booking, online chat guy said we had to drop vehicle back at depot but to speak to branch. Branch staff didn't want to know about the service and said we had to pre-arrange the service with the manager but the manager wasn't available. They clearly didn't want to know! I consider this to be misleading. The car bonnet wasn't closed properly on the vehicle and we had to stop on motorway to close it once it started to flap around. Pretty dangerous! The car wasn't dirty but it wasn't exactly clean and had rubbish left from previous occupants. The pickup bus guy who collected us from the airport to start with was fast and friendly. We ending up paying $26 taxi fair to drop off vehicle back to your depot and really wish I'd paid extra and hired from one of the other firms who have a depot actually at the airport.

Just a quick note to thank you for the great service we had from Apex Rentals. We were all impressed with the friendly and efficient staff that we met at Queenstown, Picton and Auckland Airport. The vehicle served our needs well and felt like a real friend when we had to part with it in Auckland! It was so extremely handy to be able to drive on and off the ferry without having to unpack the vehicle and carry all the luggage to the ferry terminal. It was just like having our own vehicle all the way from Queenstown to Auckland. I have been so impressed with your service and rental rates that I have been advertising your company to all the places we have stayed at en route. So many people haven't heard of you and need to know the good news!! A friend and I will be in Auckland at Labour w/e and have hired an Apex car again. I have just returned home from my long holiday that included time in NZ. I hired three cars from you from different sites (3484,3485,3486) and once again I commend you for your friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy on each occasion. The cars were excellent too and of course such good value. No guesses then from whom I'll be renting next time I need a vehicle in NZ. Many thanks Adrian Liner
