5th June 2012 The service from Telstra Clear since joining them in November has been worse than useless. We are on the 3rd T Box - each time needing to give a 3 hour window for the tech to turn up - a few days some time weeks after the initial call (so no SKY) Calling customer service with promises of people to call back who never do after being on hold for an averae of 50mins each time. Incorrect billing....TV freezing, the recorded shows been wiped......others not or only being part recorded. An unhappy customer who would not recommend to others.
