14th December 2012 BAD customer service! I booked them to pick up something I bought from someones house far away from where I live and move it to mine. They said yes they can. Was all sorted for a certain night. I asked them the day before, twice, what time they would be getting to the pick up place so I could let them know. Didn't hear back from them. We rang to finally get a hold of them and then they decided to tell us last minute on the night that they won't be able to make it. Really screwed it all up for us!
