Awful service. Rude and even offensive. Despite this I Ieft the jewellery there to be engraved. After 2 weeks, a partial result, and done so incorrectly. Jewellery is now ruined. Thankfully it's "cheap" as John was so eager to point out.... Not worth the cost of engraving, was the insinuation. Disgusting!
