I went here early June for a couples hot stone massage. Unfortunately I was badly burned and some turned into blisters. Ellipse Beauty took no responsibility for what happened what so ever. I am in the industry and am a wear things happen and that sucks but that's life but they took no ownership with what happened. They did not do a consultation, offer any advise, offer any cream, ask to see it and took a week to get back to me about the situation. Things happen and that is ok, but they choice to ignore what they had done completely. They have offered a voucher to return in a way of sorry but I will not be returning. They said at the start of the treatment if the rocks are hot tell them, and this is there "back up". But the stones did not feel to hot at all and we're not uncomfortable. This place was clean so don't stop yourself from going but be careful.
