Dear Noel Leeming, I'm a fulltime mum and a very busy one at that (aren't we all?), today I had 30 minutes free in the day to take my sick baby for a walk, as this is the only way she will have a sleep when she's ill. I also took my dog on this walk with me, because I knew there would be no walk for him that day otherwise. On this walk I also had an errand to run, returning an item I had bought ye sterday from the shop next to yours... While in the shop, my dog was barking for my return, I was gone for 3 minutes, so I quickly left and returned to my dog, who had suddenly gone quiet. There I found 2 staff standing with my dog and I thought that this was a very nice thing to do. One of your staff members, a manager type looking man then said to me, "Is this your dog? Can you not to tie it up outside our shop because it scares our customers." (all the ones buying appliances at 9am on a Friday) My little poodle dog, scaring your customers? He doesn't scare my 8 month old baby! But Ok, I told him I was sorry I had my hands full and had to quickly run an errand whilst on my walk, to which he replied, "Well, you should take your dog for a walk later." Then he and the female staff promptly went inside. Needless to say I was left extremely flustered, upset and confused as to why I would be treated in this way. We often shopped at Noel Leeming, buying our baby's heater and a family soda stream there recently. But know that I know you are heartless, rude and intimidating, this will never happen again. Extremely humiliating.
