Raceway Motel is in a great location situated opposite the Wanganui Racecourse, one of the oldest racecourses in New Zealand, Wanganui Function Centre, and Hatrick Raceway the home of the Wanganui Greyhound Racing Club is only a 5 minute walk. We are within walking distance to the central city, with its various restaurants, bars, sporting venues, and our well-known Saturday market and river attractions. We are also situated across the road from the Cleveland Funeral Home and are a 5 minute walk to Dempsey Forrest.
