2nd February 2009 The place and the rooms were very nice. However, a misunderstanding on the phone booking (although we double checked the price, we were given more expensive rooms without being informed about it) and, especially, a very bad (rigid and impolite) attitude from the staff were very unpleasant. When the guest book was required, we were told there was none. Maybe the phone bookings should be followed up by an email confirming the details. Definitely a good/respectful attitude towards us as guests and clients would have made a difference.
