29th February 2008 During my two year casual membership at pinnacles I found the staff to be of little help or inspiration. Infact the staff acted quite superficially and fake. Offering little more than a "good morning" on entry and a "good effort" on leaving, not that they were ever really watching. Cos if they were I'm sure they would of noticed that I needed assistance in the way of a spotter or atleast some pointers with my form. The facilities there are well maintained but are in a very cramped space and at peak times often difficult to use. Before joining Pinnacles I spoke at length with a personal trainer there about my training goals and initially my impression was a positive one. But after paying my membership fee I felt quite dishearted with the whole affair. No one there really seemed to care in assisting me or reviewing my program. fortunately I found another gym in the area its no where near as well equipped. its a rugby clubroom. but its less than half the price and the guys offer me support, knowledge and assistance all the time. kind of shame. but I'm getting results and thats really whats its all about for it.

28th February 2008 Great team to deal with - the website is very easy to use. Equipment very up to date & a great selection of classes and options on offer. Really impressed with the friendliness & community support. On this basis would definitely recommend the services they provide.
