4th November 2008 Hi Sarah, I thought I would write this as I enjoyed our conversation this morning and this way someone else may be able to hear how great your service has been.
As I told you this morning, a few years ago I came to Napier in search of beads...especially Miyuki seed beads. I decided to buy a small 20gm bag of each of your Miyuki seeds beads and your staff were very thorough in writing the names and codes on the bags for me. So now, at last I am getting around to ordering more from you and this little detail has made a significant difference to the ease and possibility of this arrangement with you- at least 2 years later! Go your staff!!
