17th June 2014 This is one amazing salon, it is not just a place to have 'your hair done' it is an experience!! The team here are extraordinary, always friendly and extremely capable whether its a latte or a flat white you are seeking, maybe a glass of wine or the anticipation of a 15 minute professional scalp massage this place never fails to deliver. Most importantly is the talent of the stylists, I am lucky to have the wonderful Marcelo, a colour maestro, and true artisan when it comes to doing what is right for my hair and fashion style. I have lived through the ghastly experience of growing my hair and this has been made all the more easier by Marcelo guiding, encouraging and keeping my hair 'bearable'. I now have a fantastic outcome that continues to be a work in progress.

14th June 2014 This is the best salon I have ever been to and I will never go anywhere else. The stylists here are professional, friendly, offer great suggestions and give you the best head massages. Chrissy has never failed to amaze me with the types of colours and cuts she has given me. I have never felt like I had trendy hair before coming here. Ursula is always very friendly and welcoming. This salon is an incredible place to be while being pampered.

2nd May 2014 Brilliant, absolutely brilliant salon. Marcelo did the most amazing colour and a great cut, I feel like a new woman!!!!!! He listens to what you want and gives great opinions and suggestions. He definitely knows what his talking about.would recommend to all :)

23rd October 2013 This salon is amazing, the whole experience from start to finish is just great!!! This is the only place where i actually got my hair done just as wanted it!
The staff is highly experienced and everyone is super nice!
I love it! I will recommend it to everyone i know.

7th October 2013 Best salon experience ever!
I've been to so many so-called best salon in Auckland, they charge me heaps but nothing like this one --- They always put a smile on my face every time I walk out after my hair done :)
Great stylist, Chrissy have very good fashion sense and would give you recommendation what suit you or not
I normally do cut and colour and they charge me very reasonable price
Bonus very enjoyable head massage and the nice coffee
All the staffs are so friendly and welcoming
Highly recommended
If I could give them more stars I definitely would!!!

30th August 2013 Have been going here for nearly 2 years now! Great hair cut and colour from Sarah. Best head massages ever from Connie. Always nice coffee too. Would definitely recommend this salon.

16th March 2013 Very disappointed. Had a voucher for a cut and half head of foils - looks more like I have had a few foils placed on the top. Still looks like I have regrowth and colour is not nice at all.
I explained to the hairdresser that I was trying to grow my hair out and so only wanted the ends trimmed. He then continued to cut so now I have months of growing again to do. I asked him twice to stop cutting as I could see how much he was cutting off - he thought it would be better to argue with me then listen and stop cutting. When I explained that I had been trying to grow it for ages, he responded with "oh girls".
Also insults by telling you how bad your hair looks before he starts, and that the colour of my top I was wearing did not suit me. They could see that I was disappointed and did not try to help in any way.
Very disappointed and will not be going back. Stay away from this salon!!!

8th December 2011 This salon is incredible. I had the most delicious head massage and they completely renovated my hair style to make me feel a million dollars. Love it!

22nd November 2011 Absolutely disappointed at their service. Had done an expensive Karetin treatment there which should "relax" frizzy and kinky hair. After the 4 hour treatment, my hair isn't relaxed a bit. My hair is as kinky and frizzy as always. Also, they had the nerve to charge me $ 130 for a hair cut, which is the worst I've had in history. He cut me fringe so short that nothing can be done to remedy.
One word: stay away from this ultra-expensive poor skill salon. Just horrible.
