4th April 2008 A loyal customer of Terry's for over 6 years, he let me down the day before my wedding. I made a 6.30 appointment for highlights 3 weeks earlier and arrived in plenty of time for the appointment. At 8pm I was still waiting to be started. Admittedly I did explode as I had been under huge pressure all week to co-ordinate my wedding whilst working 10 hour days. As a very busy woman, I didn't have 1 and a half hours to sit around waiting for him due to his overbooking clients. His attitude was disgusting, not even an apology for being so late, just excuses and made me feel in the wrong. Had he told me he had overbooked earlier, I could have gone elsewhere. Needless to say he has now lost one of his most loyal customers!!
