I received the worst ever haircut from this place. I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon so yes, I understand that the lady working was busy and under pressure to keep to schedule. I got a dry cut and straighten. As it was last minute, I didn't have time to brush out all the knots in my hair but she was absolutely rough when brushing it out. Other hairdressers hold my hair with one hand while brushing it with the other hand to stop it from hurting but not this lady. It was like she didn't care. She cut my hair, straightened it, thinned it out and gave me a fringe. Initially I was happy with it, paid for the cut and straightening job and left. When I got home that day I realised that she had done a shocking job at straightening my hair (the hair close to my scalp was still wavy), my fringe was very uneven and thick and only when I went to put my hair up in a pony I discovered that she had missed some bits of my hair so it was very, very uneven. She had done a very rough job and I wanted to go back to her to fix it BUT I didn't trust her enough to even do that. She was a lovely lady but I'm VERY disappointed and will NOT be going back there EVER. I mean if she had a tight schedule then maybe she shouldn't have booked me that day.
