14th December 2009 I have to say, I won't be returning there. I had my eyebrows waxed there last week. The beauty therapist look skin off my eyelids in the process. It was red and hurt for five days. When I mentioned it to them after 3 days I was told some one would get back to me in about half an hour as to why that would be the case and what could be done to relieve it - I'm still to hear from them 3 days later. That has never happened before - even in places where I've only paid about $10-15 to have them waxed. I resent paying $25 for that.
On the plus side, I do have to say they have given good advice about makeup and they are otherwise friendly and professional. Shame about the eyebrows - all it would have taken was a phone call and an apology.
