I first went to Olivers about 5 years ago, after admiring three different peoples hair and finding that they all went to Olivers. I have been going ever since. They are high fashion with the latest technology, styles and ideas, but with a completely unintimidating atmosphere. Getting my hair cut is a very pleasant experience.

What a big disappointment! I thought I should try Oliver's (after having read the other review). It was not a good experience. First, my hair was cut shorter than expected. Then, when they were almost done drying and styling my hair, it was obvious that it was totally greasy on one side. The conditioner hadn't been washed out properly, so I had to get my hair washed and styled all over again. A few days later, I realized that the hair on one side was actually longer than on the other side. It was obviously not meant like that, and I felt really uncomfortable! I called immediately, and asked for an appointment to get that fixed. The answer was, that they were really busy, but would get back to me asap. I left my number, but never heard of them again. That's not acceptable, at least not in my eyes. I will never go back there, that's for sure!
