Very poor!! I was quoted for a make up trial and the price for my wedding day. Based on the price given I walk in the torrential rain to this hair salon on time for my appointment, the make up artist was busy with another client's hair. After half an hour delay, she finally came to pay attention to me. It was then she said that she quoted me wrong price previously, the actual price shall be double. She gave no sincere apology for her wrong doings, and will not honour her verbal quote given to me, this is very poor business practice, I would like everyone to know this and advoid the unpleasant experience I had.
