9th January 2008 The girls at Jax are great.....especially the owner who doesnt work there enough these days....never had a bad experience ... they are great at what they do and make you feel at home.....just wish i could find a salon like that over here in Sydney that do what i ask!!!!!!! of well I will just have to go home for a new style!!!!

8th January 2013 Easily the worst hair cut I have ever received. The hairdresser was rough with my hair and was yanking my hair, when I asked for her to stop pulling so hard she gave me the excuse that she had to pull that hard to get the hair taught so that it wasn't uneven. Even if this was the case I have been to other places where I have had really good cuts without the yanking. There would be benefit in increasing the customer service given as I felt that the hairdresser did not respect my wishes and was rude. The style wasn't what I was after despite the clear directions that I gave.
