Sadly I had an exceptionally disappointing experience at Darc Hair Salon a few weeks ago. I went in requesting an ashy, super blended, balayage/ombre 'bronde', and came out with a very brassy and stripy colour that looked awful and was so far from what I had asked for. Worse still, after leaving multiple messages, and sending numerous emails, the salon basically kept ignoring me; even after having sent them photos illustrating the horrible result. At $270, it wasn't even that well priced. Especially after the cost on products to desperately try and remedy the issues (the same day), and the cost at another salon to have the colour fixed. Both of the hairdressers that saw the colour were shocked, and could hardly believe that the salon responsible hadn't taken full responsibility and refunded my money. A really regrettable experience unfortunately.
