11th May 2013 Not impressed by the quality of customer service in this hair studio. Communication skills are an important part of providing good service.
I have dealt with many beauty therapists and hair dressers and have received a range of good and poor service.
However never in my hole life had such poor, unfriendly and down right rude service as what I did whilst holding my sleeping child in my arms, after driving 40minutes to get to the appointment.
If you want to retain service it pays to either, Answer your phone, check the phone messages, communicate changes and ring back your clients when you say you will.
I will not use your services again or recommend to anyone to have this experience.
