9th December 2008 I have had a terrible experience with Kerikeri glass & Windscreens service. They changed my windscreen a few months ago and I had to come back because the windscreen wipes were making a terrible noise and were not in line. They tried to fix it but the noise is still there. But it didn't finish there as the lining of inside the car was pulled in properly and it was out of place in the join with the windscreen. I am a very busy person, full time worker and mother of a one year old, so I couldn't go back to show them. After a few weeks the air started to come into the lining and it was dropping slowly. Just a few weeks ago I was able to go and see them and Mike the manager said he will bring an specialist to my workplace to have a look. They came and this person said that it didn't have anything to do with the windscreen, and he was very definite about it and a was talking to me in a bit of loud voice. When they left this specialist, who I think is friend of Mike, told me the price it would cost me to fix it. Until now my problem hasn't been solved, the lining of the car is on my head when I drive and I will have to take time off work to try to find how to sort it out. I am from overseas and I think people tries to take advantage of that in a way thinking that I would not be able to do anything. I am really horrified by the way I have been treated with this problem.
