Quick response to job needing to be done, happy with quote, didn't show on day booked - no phone call so i rang, they said they were busy could they come Friday, understood due to time of year, however they never showed on the Friday either, meaning 2 whole days spent at home waiting, 3 broken windows over the Xmas period, extremely poor customer service as no one has contacted us regarding this job. Very unhappy and will not recommend.
