29th September 2016 Warning: Shocking customer service and poor workmanship!! Owner Raj raved about having many years experience, but left the sight for most of the time. Had 16 windows replaced (Raj only did 2) and he had a guy on his first day do some work by himself and I overheard him say "I'm F**king this up, you better do it" to his workmate. After the work was done, a few windows have messy finishes and I contacted Raj in regards to tidying it up. 3 weeks later, he has not come to do the work and is now ignoring my phone calls. Very disappointing and I urge you to choose somewhere else! cheaper quote is false economy in this case!!
