28th March 2014 Great selection of NZ-made jewellery lotions and potions. Totally agree with the review of 27 October 2007. The young employees who work there ARE very pleasant and helpful and they deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the older woman (owner) needs to be placed in a back office somewhere and not have to face customers as she has all the people skills and warmth of Hannibal Lecter!

27th October 2007 This is a great store, I find a lot of presents for friends and family who are overseas here because they have a lot of unique and untacky kiwiana.
Its downfall is definitely the menopausal women who run it!!! They are rude and have no idea what customer service is. Lucky they employ really friendly young people to help.
