7th December 2021 I have used this service before, however this time the online order took 10 days to be processed and dispatched from the nursery. It spent a further week in transit. On arrival I opened the box to the stink of rotting vegetation. When I emailed the service and sent photos, their only offer was to wait another week and they would dispatch the order again.
Sadly, I would not recommend the online service at this time, until these problems have been ironed out.
