Terrible. We used this company for a couple of years and it was great until the change of ownership. Since then they kept resending bills and not taking into account those bills were already long paid for by mail in cheque. Whenever we would try to reach them by phone it would take many attempts to actually get someone on the phone, they do not return calls, nor did they ever return our emails. When we decided to cancel the account it took 2-3 weeks of persistent calls, messages and emails to finally have this taken care of. Not sure how they stay in business operating this way?? We moved to Econowaste and they are light years ahead in all aspects of service.
