Great Product, Great Price, Great Service
We bought a bed from these guys at the end of last year after comparing with 4-5 other furniture stores in the area. The salespeople in store were friendly and helpful with a great family atmosphere. The bed is great and they had the best price of anywhere we went.
In addition, a couple of weeks back we noticed a minor fault in the wood (small crack in the frame presumably manufacturer fault). I emailed asking about the guarantee and within a couple of days they had somebody round to my house to inspect it and replaced the part free of charge no hassle.
I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future.
