15th September 2014 Thurs afternoon, Bunch of red roses bought home by hubby, put straight in water, noticed 1 was a bit droopy. Friday,more looked a bit on the sad side. By Sat Morn all 10x had drooped, leaves had turned brown around edges,were nearly inside out. Phoned them, was told to cut the stems& put in hot water, which we did. He did say looked after correctly they can last 4-5 wks! Sunday, they had not improved, took them back Mon morn.No refund, No replacement, No help! Was told, " how do we know that you actually did do as was suggested." Friends had the same thing happen, neither of us will be back!!! .5 is for the presentation when received.
