Shopping for an engagement ring can be a confusing and daunting process. The staff at Diamond and Co. have shown us nothing but the greatest respect as they have taken the time to explain the terminology surrounding diamonds: ie. tdw, carot and clarity ratings. They have been friendly and helpful at all times, and always make us feel welcome to try on rings or even order ones we would like to try. In hindsight I wish we'd found them first and not had to worry about the unprofessional staff we have come across at other Jewellers. Thanks so much, we will certainly purchase our jewellery here in the future.
