4th May 2015 Our experience with this company was horrible.
The upshot of this story is that this company is let down by the receptionists who are extremely unhelpful towards their customers, from our experience as customers. Which makes it pretty hopeless since they are the only point of contact into this company if you don't have the electrician's cell phone number to call him direct.
The electrician came around to install a 2-way
power meter. However, he couldn't access the box because the enclosure was blocking it.
So he asked us to remove it ourselves to allow him to access it, give them a call back, and he'd come straight back to install the meter.
I called them back a couple of days later once I'd removed the box to get him to come back only to be told by the lady who answered the phone that the job had been closed and that they wouldn't be able to get someone out until a new job had been logged by Genesis Energy, which could take a couple of weeks. She told me that she would send another request to get a job sent through and call me back. I didn't hear back from her again.
I phoned up the following Monday after the weekend, to follow up and spoke with a guy who told me that he wasn't sure when they would be able to get someone out. After, explaining that the woman whom I spoke to on the phone had told me something completely different to what the electrician had told my wife his tone changed and he snapped back that he would contact the electrician and call me back.
After this phone call, we decided that we'd had enough of getting fobbed off over the phone so my wife called in to see them in person. The receptionist who greeted her insisted that it was all our fault for not getting back to them until three days later and said that she would need to speak with the electrician about it.
Thankfully he was in the office at the time and as soon as was able to speak to the him, he was super nice and helpful and came out to our place to install the meter.

5th May 2015 It is unfortunate that this particular customer has been left with an unpleasant experience as we have never had anything like this occur in the 16 years of our companies existence. This particular incident was hamstrung with timing issues between the customer, their retailer and our company. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
