26th August 2014 BEWARE!!!! I Will never use these guys again. I took a lot of clothing plus a very expensive duvet cover in for cleaning before an overseas trip and my husband collected. When we returned from the trip I realised we hadn't been given our duvet so I gave them a call. The man rudely said no we definitely gave it to you check your house. Because this was actually a wedding present from our parents I went down with a matching pillowcase so he could check again begrudgingly he did look and found it, with little or no apology. We didn't use the cover for a couple of months and put it on our bed recently, I now know why they didn't give it to us it had three black melted plastic marks on it, it is ruined. NEVER ever again! I'll go to Balmoral Drycleaners a little further up the road but they do a much better job. Totally unacceptable definitely don't live up to their name.
