PipeWorks specialises in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation. The leading-edge technology that the business offers to local authorities throughout New Zealand has been developed and well-proven off-shore. Trenchless technologies are less disruptive than open-excavation methods of pipeline works and considerably more environmentally sound than traditional methods. Current methods used include cured in place pipe lining (CIPP), pipe bursting and directional drilling.

PipeWorks is the local leader in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, having successfully delivered a number of large and complex jobs, including an egg shaped trunk main measuring up to 900 mm by 1300 mm in Wellington. To keep at the cutting-edge of industry development, PipeWorks employs US-based experts as consultants. Such international input, when integrated with PipeWorks' strong local knowledge and the strength of parent company, Fletcher Construction, provides clients with an unrivalled certainty of delivery.

PipeWorks won a Merit Award in the NZ Contractors Federation Auckland Branch and Auckland Regional Council Environmental Awards 2005 for innovative environmental control for pipebursting, drilling and open cut works carried out in Liston Crescent, Manukau City.
