22nd August 2010 If this is the store that sell and prides itself on its meat [and vege'] pies and coffees, then your product certainly lives up to its name. BUT...please, please, please try to match your product with some degree of service. 1 of the 2 guys working in there yesterday [21 August] had no idea in the world what he was doing. This shabby fellow who "served" us couldn't count [the 8 items we wanted] let alone offer the correct change and was even less interested when we wanted a round of cakes/dessert. The service was rubbish quite frankly. How about upping your play and ensuring the quality of your product is matched by a modicum of service and attention. Next time it'll be the cafe next door that gets our money, not this slummy and indifferent Kiwi approach that simply engenders anger on the part of customers such as us. I'm a Kiwi but my 3 friends were overseas visitors so their introduction to West Coast service [!] left a bitter taste. For so little extra effort you could be great.
