21st June 2012 Since becoming a customer at the Otahuhu branch I have received nothing less than genuine support, assistance and the most welcoming and friendliest treatment by the staff EVERY time I visit. Because of this, despite our office moving to Manukau and I live in Papakura, I still go to the Otahuhu branch because they "know me". When they are busy, each customer is treated with respect and warmth. We're NOT just a number. I'm proud to be a customer. Thank you ladies!
