Culham Engineering Company Limited is a multi-skilled Company based in Whangarei, New Zealand, and is located on the edge of the Whangarei Harbour, and are one of the largest engineering fabrication facilities in the country, with over 49 years experience in the business.

Specialising in areas of heavy engineering ranging from storage-tank construction to the fabrication and installation of structural steel, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping systems. Culhams also have All Terrain Cranes and specialise in Heavy Haulage

The company was established in 1958 and is a family owned and operated business having a management team of considerable experience in the engineering industry.

Culham Engineering's strength lies within it's management and highly skilled workforce, which has enabled the company to successfully complete many major national and international projects on time and within budget.

Workshop Capabilities:
We have a totally covered fabrication shop area of 7044 square metres, serviced by six 5-tonne and two 20-tonne overhead gantry cranes. A separate Clean Shop facility is also available for stainless steel fabrication.

Sand/Shot Blasting, Painting Facility:
Is set up with two blast nozzles for faster production time. This facility is serviced by a Scotch Derrick Crane. We also have a totally covered Painting Shop. We supply a Thermion Arc Metal Spray Unit with 4.8mm Wire.

Culham Engineering's Slipway has a Capacity of 300T with a 12 metre width. We are environmentally friendly with contaminent disposal in place.
